Located along the Shenandoah River Rock Tavern Vacation Rental is the perfect getaway for your Shenandoah Valley Vacation Needs.  This remodeled cabin sleeps up to 4 adults and sports 2 bedroom with 2 full baths, the master bath holds the Jacuzzi for two. Each bedroom supplies you with a queen bed.

Originally The Rock Tavern was built, owned and operated by Abraham Trenton Kibler and his wife , my Aunt Lizzy (Elizabeth Pearl Good) as a tavern. As a little girl, my father, Aaron P. Kibler and Charlotte G Kibler (mother) would stop by Uncle Abe's and Aunt Lizzy's on the way back from town on a weekly basis. They always had the neatest things from arrowheads, homemade marbles to sell- to men trading hides and furs of foxes and minks. They held a shooting match every weekend and gave away turkeys and fresh country hams that were salt cured by them to the winners. Aunt Lizzy always tended bar with a smile. Uncle Abe's initials are in the beautiful stone laid by him along with the date of 1947. We are delighted to get this property back in our family! We are excited to share a part of this history with our guests along with access to the beautiful Shenandoah River it offers the perfect escape to RELAX-In-VIRGINIA!

Hot tub has been being added to cabin with views of Shenandoah River, Blue Ridge Mountain. Off of opposite side of deck you can also see the highest point on the Massanutten Mountain - Kennedy's Peak (formerly known as Canada Peak) which offers a great hike less than 15 min away.

Bealer's Ferry Boat Landing is less than 2 min from property where you can begin your float to our river access within walking distance of 1947 Rock Tavern River Cabin. Inner tubes are great!

Enjoy a nice grassy path along the 10 private acres with a "Shenandoah River View" the entire stretch for a nice hike on- site and your canine friend will love the freedom.

Conveniently located to all major attractions in the area and only 5 min to Super Walmart -yet you are in the country!

Comfortably equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite tv, DVD player, washer and dryer, 2 outdoor grills (1 charcoal and 1 gas), AC/Heat, Large yard, camping also available with river access. Come pitch your tent and enjoy a night of fishing. Bath house on location..
